Linedata Services wins Service Quality Awards


London, November 25th, 2009 – Linedata Services (NYSE Euronext: LIN), the global leader for investment management and credit technology is delighted to announce that it has won two of CityIQ’s innovative Service Quality Awards for 2009. Linedata Services received the highest scores in the “Client Care” and “Trusted Advisor” categories.

CityIQ is a London-based specialist consultancy providing advisory and delivery services to organisations in the Financial Services Industry. Its Service Quality Awards are awarded to software vendors who offer the highest levels of service, as determined by popular vote in a survey of practitioners in the investment management community. 88 industry practitioners from over fifty City institutions took part in this year’s survey.

“The survey was designed to find out how organisations are perceived in the UK financial services market in terms of the services they provide, not the functionality they offer,” commented Paul Wiltshire, Managing Director at CityIQ. “In a market where quality of service is increasingly valued, it is important to get a real view of vendors from financial industry practitioners. Linedata Services had an above average response overall and rated highest in the “Client Care” and “Trusted Advisor” categories.”
