Building on our long-standing commitment, we would like to reinforce our social footprint and take a step further in serving the general interest, by redistributing a share of our results and by supporting actions that have a positive impact. This approach strengthens and conveys the fundamental values of Linedata.

Well-being at work
Our attention to our employees is firmly reflected in the friendly and collaborative working environment we offer. To encourage employees to spend time together, many face-to-face or digital events are regularly organized to strengthen the spirit of belonging and social ties. Relaxation sessions, workshops on nutrition and other initiatives are offered to employees to nurture their well-being. We are also there to assist the teams on matters of mental health or stress management, because "it is OK not to be OK".
@Linedata Experience
The aim of the «Life@Linedata"» annual barometer is to listen to all employees in order to create a flexible, positive work environment and offer a unique experience where everyone can reach their full potential.
Each country uses its results to propose short-term and long-term action plans to enhance the working environment.

Environmental
In 2022, Linedata calculated its carbon footprint to define its objectives and its carbon trajectory.
Each employee contributes by adopting pro-environmental behaviour, such as making the most of collaborative tools and changing their digital habits. We also take care to reduce our environmental impact in other areas through several actions: the reduction of CO2 emissions from business trips, the promotion of home-to-office green transportation and the guarantee of best environmental practices in all our offices.
Our partnership policy fully incorporates environmental actions. We regularly engage with our service provider partners and favour cloud hosting solutions for our customers. Within Linedata itself, we opt for hosting our data in the Cloud allowing a reduction in our emissions.
Our ties with digital players and international institutions
In 2021, the Linedata Group signed the Planet Tech’ Care manifesto and the Charter of the Institut Numérique Responsable (INR). These two organizations allow us to obtain advice and exchange best practices on digital environmental responsibility and help us implement actions at group level and in each of our offices.
Linedata is among the first 5 signatories of the "Manifesto for an ethical AI" co-developed with Numeum, one of the professional unions of the French digital industry.
By adhering to the principles of the Global Compact set up under the aegis of the United Nations, Linedata and its management will incorporate the ten principles of this Compact in terms of Human Rights, International Labour Standards, Environment and Anti-Corruption.
