Philantropic project in Kampala, Uganda
Co-funding the Student Residence at AKU’s New University Campus
In 2018, Linedata committed to a major philanthropic initiative by co-funding the student residence of the new Aga Khan University (AKU) campus in Kampala, Uganda. This state-of-the-art academic and medical complex includes a university center, a modern student residence, and a hospital of international standards designed to improve access to quality healthcare and education in the region.
On September 11th, 2025, the campus was officially inaugurated by Yoweri Museveni, President of the Republic of Uganda, who praised the donors for their contribution to education and healthcare in the country. Anvaraly Jiva, Linedata’s founder and CEO, inaugurated the student residence, which now hosts 184 students.

Just a year prior, a Linedata delegation from four continents visited the site, meeting with students and academic teams to witness firsthand the impact of the project. Their insights and experiences continue to inspire the company’s commitment to meaningful, long-term social initiatives.
Linedata is committed to education in Tunis
Linedata is committed to education in Tunis with its annual operation "A schoolbag for every student".
Since 2016, the Linedata Tunis office has organized the "A schoolbag for every student" initiative in support of Jwa Primary School in Siliana, Tunisia. Each year, employees mobilize to raise funds and provide school kits to underprivileged children, ensuring ongoing support for their education. In 2025, for the 9th consecutive year, this initiative successfully distributed school kits to over 50 students in the rural region of Siliana, demonstrating Linedata's long-term commitment in Tunisia.
Our Commitment to Education in Rural Areas of Mumbai
In line with Linedata’s commitment to education, the Mumbai office supports Project Chirag, an organization dedicated to empowering rural India through access to schooling. For several years, Linedata has enabled many young students in a remote area of Maharashtra to benefit from quality education.
Our Support to the Education of Young Girls in Mumbai
Linedata partners with the Nanhi Pari Foundation, a Mumbai-based NGO committed to defending the rights of underprivileged girls and improving their access to health and education. Our support has enabled the NGO to expand its medical assistance program for the detection of serious illnesses among these vulnerable children.
Linedata Runs for a Good Cause at the JP Morgan Challenge
Starting in 2023, Linedata collaborators from Boston have been participating in the annual JP Morgan Corporate Challenge, a race that combines team spirit with solidarity.
The 2025 edition supported The Ron Burton Training Village, a Massachusetts-based organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged youth through programs focused on education, leadership, and, more importantly, well-being.
Our Annual School Kit Distribution in Mumbai
Recognizing the challenges faced by children from underprivileged backgrounds, Linedata partners each year with the NGO Seva Sahayog to collect and distribute school kits. This initiative supports young students in the rural areas of Maharashtra, near Mumbai, helping to keep them on their educational path. Volunteer employees assemble backpacks filled with pencil cases, pens, pencils, and drawing books for hundreds of students. In 2025, more than 1 000 kits were distributed in the outskirts of Mumbai, our support also contributed to the creation of a science laboratory, the renovation of key infrastructures, and improvements to the school library.
Since 2009, the Seva Sahayog Foundation has been tirelessly working to improve the lives of underprivileged communities.
Libraries and Solar Panels in Schools in Mumbai
In 2024, Linedata India has chosen to expand its commitment to education in rural Maharashtra by partnering with its long-time collaborator, the NGO Seva Sahayog. The initiative involves installing digital technologies powered by solar panels in the classrooms of two local schools.
Additionally, Linedata has contributed to the creation and stocking of libraries in ten schools across India.
Back-to-school Drives in North America
In North America, Linedata's offices in Boston and New York collaborated with local organizations « School on Wheels » and « Children’s Aid » to organize back-to-school drives for underprivileged children and their families. Nearly 1 000 school supplies and funds are collected for these North American organizations, yearly.
Philanthropy at the Heart of Linedata Exchange
Every year, Linedata Exchange events carry a philanthropic dimension by supporting selected charities. Beyond networking and sharing knowledge, each edition is also an opportunity to give back to the community.

Girls Who Code – LDX New York
Girls Who Code is an international nonprofit working to close the gender gap in the technology sector. Its programs work to educate, inspire, and equip high school girls with the skills and resources to pursue opportunities in computing fields.
StreetSquash – LDX New York
StreetSquash was founded in September 1999 as a comprehensive youth enrichment program combining academic tutoring, squash instruction, community service, college and career awareness and preparation, leadership development, and mentoring for young people ages 11-24.
King’s Trust – LDX London
King’s Trust helps young people from disadvantaged communities and those facing the greatest adversity by supporting them to build the confidence and skills to live, learn and earn. Their courses, resources and other support help people aged 11 to 30 to develop essential life skills and get ready for work.
