As stated in the press Release dated 22nd June 2009, M. Anvaraly Jiva and other Linedata Services managers have decided to maintain their joint shareholder action within Linedata Services beyond the 30th June 2009, when the previous pact expired. They have thus signed a new pact which substantially renews the previous pact’s clauses, except as concerns the non renewal by some other shareholders. The new pact will be in effect until 30th June 2011 if not cancelled earlier.
The members of the pact retain 37.1% of the voting rights.
