The strengthening of consumer protection laws has made the consumer finance market more complex (traditional credit, revolving credit, loan redemption and consolidation). The challenges now are to i) offer even more innovative products in accordance with legal requirements, ii) target all existing or future distribution channels, and iii) analyze the risk in as much detail as possible, so as to be able to offer a majority of clients financing solutions in relation with a measurable risk. Anticipating and authorizing modifications on existing contracts in order to limit defaults and recourse to over-indebtedness commissions, having the capacity to handle very large data volumes (several tens of millions of contracts) and ensuring the Distribution and Management of proprietary products as well as partners' products remain core concerns.
