Linedata’s equipment finance solution accommodates servicing transfers, no matter how the transfer agreement is arranged. If the servicing transfer maintains the original financer as the customer contact, our solution will continue to manage the contract, adding payments to the new company to the process. In the case that the new financer will act as the customer contact for the remainder of the contract lifecycle, our solution will take the asset back into inventory to prepare for resell at the end of the contract. In either scenario, our equipment financing solution can manage the complexities of the sales price, retained interest, fees and management ‘on behalf of’.
