This year, Linedata Latvia achieved the honored 3rd place, +1 rank from last year, in Fontes remuneration survey’s “Equal Pay” Award in the category of small and medium companies.
This survey organized by the consultancy firm Fontes considers different vital factors like looking at whether the principle of gender equality is integrated, both in terms of compensation and representation at the management level, as well as whether all employees in one position have similar remuneration and if the remuneration in the company is competitive in the labor market. 384 employers were assessed in several stages. 84% of them were in the category of small and medium companies.
