The Role

As a Senior Analyst-Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in driving end-to-end recruitment for Middle Office functions. You will act as a partner to business leaders and hiring managers, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from understanding workforce needs to delivering the right talent at the right time. This role demands a blend of strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management, and process excellence.

 Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, workforce plans, and talent priorities.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Middle Office and related functions sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, market mapping, and headhunting) to identify top talent.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience through transparent communication, timely feedback, and professional engagement.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and niche roles through proactive sourcing and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with HR and business partners to drive process improvement and efficiency in recruitment operations.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source mix, offer-to-join ratio, and cost-per-hire.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives within Global Services TA framework.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance in candidate management systems and recruitment reports.

 Key Skills & Attributes

  • Proven experience in Middle Office across levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in handling data and Excel-based reporting.
  • Agile, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources or Business Management preferred.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of Middle office Talent Acquisition experience
Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment will be an added advantage.
