On March 12th, Linedata organized a conference focused on Design Thinking with the support of the startup and innovation agency H2 Innovate. Clients, partners and some Linedata employees gathered in the Innovation Lab, to discover, rediscover, debate about the Design Thinking approach, which enables people to transform an idea into reality in record time and get very good results.
Discussions took place dealing with the need to place the user and use at the heart of the reflexion in order to better define tomorrow’s innovations or simply review the daily activities. Design Thinking, which demonstrated its effectiveness in the B2C world, tends to impose itself in B2B environments and revolutionizes interactions between the different players in the product or service creative chain.
