The London office gathered and celebrated Global Diversity Month by sharing food from their home countries. There was Colombian, Nigerian and Tunisian food, among others. As employees sat and ate together, they seized this opportunity to learn more about each other’s cultures and backgrounds. As they celebrated, they discovered that even though they come from different parts of the world with different types of food, ways of life and cultural backgrounds, they do in fact share a lot of similarites.
Cultural Diversity and its impact on mental health has become an increasingly important issue in a world where the interactions between cultures continue to grow exponentially.
