Technology Lead Specialist/ Manager, Innovation Lab
THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented Technology Lead/Manager with substantial experience in development and leadership. For the Technology Lead role, the candidate should have over 6 years of hands-on experience in trending technologies and at least 2 years of experience in system design. For the Manager position, the candidate should have 10+ years of experience encompassing both development and management roles. The ideal candidate will have a track record of working on enterprise-level or large-scale applications, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
As a Technology Lead/Manager, you will be responsible for leading development projects, designing, and implementing complex application solutions, mentoring team members, and ensuring timely, high-quality software delivery. If you are passionate about technology and excel in a fast-paced Agile environment, we would love to hear from you.
 
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
· Mentor and lead team members, providing guidance and expertise in software development best practices.
· Design, develop, and test scalable and robust application solutions using object-oriented development, with a focus on .NET and SQL Server.
· Work effectively in small, agile teams to ensure the best engineering practices and approaches are applied.
· Provide accurate estimates for solutions and manage, prioritize, and execute multiple concurrent software development activities.
· Contribute to the overall architecture vision and principles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
· Participate in brainstorming sessions and effectively contribute new ideas and innovations.
· Resolve complex software issues across multiple applications and ensure high-quality deliverables.
· Document code and produce technical design documentation to support development efforts.
 
For Technology lead / Manager
 
· For Technology Lead: 6+ years of development experience in trending technologies and 2+ years of system design experience.
· For Manager: 10+ years of combined experience in development and management in trending technologies.
· Proven experience working on enterprise and moderate to large-scale applications.
· Full-stack development expertise.
· Proficiency in C# .NET (OOPs, Web API, Entity Framework) and any front-end framework.
· Strong knowledge of SQL Server.
· Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and n-tier architecture.
· Excellent communication skills and experience working with global teams.
 
Nice to have
· Experience in AI/ML development.
· Experience in front-end development (React/Angular).
· Basic Python scripting knowledge.
· Knowledge of financial concepts such as stock markets, asset types, etc.
 
Advantageous Skills

Academic Requirements
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent education.
