Position Responsibilities:

 

The role will involve the following critical activities:

 

 

    • Oversee end-to-end fund accounting cycle across PE, Private Credit and Hedge Funds
    • Oversee and Review of Financial Statements and regulatory reporting
    • Ensure deliverables adhere to agreed SLAs, SOPs, and control frameworks
    • Act as escalation point for complex client queries and operational issues
    • Liaise directly with clients through calls and emails and build strong working relationships
    • Drive process improvements, automation and operational efficiencies
    • Participate actively in hiring process including screening, interviews and talent selection
    • Support business growth initiatives and assist in scaling operations for new mandates
    • Contribute to knowledge building across asset classes by conducting internal training and building SMEs
    • Develop and maintain SOPs, checklists, training material and knowledge repository
    • Manage team capacity planning and performance management
    • Mentor Managers and conduct periodic reviews
    • Engage in transitions and new client onboarding projects
