Linedata Latvia was nominated for Equal Pay Award as one of the fairest payers in 2020 and received the 4th place in the group of organizations with less than 500 employees. The remuneration survey, launched by the consultancy firm Fontes on 373 companies, considers different criteria such as how the principle of gender equality is integrated, both in terms of remuneration and representation at the top management level, if all employees in one position have similar remuneration, or if the remuneration in the company is competitive in the labour market.
