JOB DESCRIPTION
Transformation Manager, Middle Office Tech Platform, Global Services
Level: L5 Associate Vice President / Vice President
Location: India-based (Transferred from US, 2-year tenure)
ROLE SUMMARY
The Transformation Manager leads end-to-end implementation of Linedata's platform-plus-people operating model. The Transformation manager will own the execution and delivery integration of three interdependent systems: LD Command (AI-augmented governance platform), Optima (workflow orchestration), and the Service Portal (client-facing operations interface). Success means these systems work as one integrated stack, not three disconnected tools.
The transformation manager will serve as the critical bridge between product engineering (platform team) and client delivery teams. This is a transformation delivery role, not traditional IT operations. The primary job is ensuring the platform ecosystem is configured, integrated, and deployed so the business can operate at the staffing ratios and client satisfaction targets outlined in the 2030 vision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
LD Command Implementation & Governance
-
Oversee go-live commitments for top 10 clients; manage go/no-go decisions, risk mitigation, and post-launch stabilization.
-
Ensure HEST H0–H4 autonomy governance framework is operationalized across all deployed instances; own rules engine configuration and override protocols.
-
Drive Recon Command Center and Intelligence Tab adoption; ensure root-cause lane analysis outputs (persistent breaks, uncoded items) feed actionable remediation work.
-
Manage knowledge transfer of platform architecture; mitigate succession risk by ensuring decision-making authority is distributed across multiple team members.
-
Coordinate platform release cadence with engineering; prioritize client-requested features vs. technical debt with operations leadership.
Optima Workflow Integration & Orchestration
-
Validate Optima as the workflow execution layer; ensure task definitions, SLA tracking, and exception handling are configured per service pillar requirements. Integrate governance model to transformation project workstreams where applicable (Comms Framework, TOM framework, etc.)
-
Lead integration of Optima data feeds into LD Command Intelligence layer; enable visibility of task status, velocity, and bottlenecks.
-
Define handoff criteria between human execution (Optima) and autonomous routing (LD Command).
-
Build and maintain integration test plans; coordinate UAT with pilot clients and service delivery teams.
Service Portal & Client Recon-Optima Integration
-
Partner with the Service Portal Ops team lead and coordinate roadmap alignment with LD Command and Optima; ensure clients see real-time reconciliation status, break trends, and remediation progress.
-
Partner with tech-ops lead team to design and validate Recon-Optima-LD Command workflow: breaks detected → categorized by Intelligence → assigned in Optima → remediation tracked → results to portal.
-
Partner with client onboarding teams to define role-based access, data refresh SLAs, and reporting templates.
-
Oversee and report to business stakeholders portal performance and uptime SLAs; coordinate with infrastructure teams on deployment and scaling.
Delivery Execution & Stakeholder Alignment
-
Chair weekly Platform Delivery standup; track progress against Transformation Project timelines
-
Own escalation management: flag blockers, dependencies, and risks; propose mitigations; hold teams accountable to go/no-go gates.
-
Coordinate cross-functional team to ensure dependencies are explicit and resolved.
-
Communicate platform status and client impact to leadership and clients; own narrative around capability shifts.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
-
Manage direct reports; set clear ownership, accountability, and success metrics.
-
Lead platform training and documentation; ensure India-based teams have knowledge and tools to operate and extend the stack independently.
-
Build platform expertise across service delivery leadership; translate technical capabilities into operational levers.
