Digital Marketing Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and own our marketing automation and digital marketing operations from our Mumbai office. This position will play a critical role at the intersection of marketing and sales operations, managing our marketing automation platform (Marketo) and supporting our CRM system (MS Dynamics) to ensure both tools work seamlessly together, drive lead-to-pipeline conversion, and provide clear visibility into marketing's contribution to sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the marketing automation platform (Marketo), including campaign creation, segmentation, nurture journeys, lead scoring, and automated workflows.
- Support and coordinate with our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) from a business/operations perspective to ensure smooth data flow, alignment between marketing-generated leads and sales follow-up, and integrity of lead/contact/account data.
- Ensure proper integration between Marketo and MS Dynamics — monitor data sync, troubleshoot issues, and enforce best practices for data hygiene and process compliance.
- Develop, build, and maintain reports and dashboards that track key metrics: marketing funnel performance, lead conversion rates, pipeline impact, sales progress, and overall ROI of marketing activities.
- Collaborate closely with the global marketing team, regional stakeholders, and sales leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives, product offering, and target segments.
- Design, implement, and optimize campaigns (email, nurture, lead generation) aimed at generating qualified leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- Use analytics and performance data to draw actionable insights — recommend adjustments and optimizations to campaigns, workflows, segmentation, and targeting strategies to maximize impact.
- Stay current with marketing automation best practices, CRM trends, data regulations, and digital marketing innovations relevant to our industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with Marketo (or comparable marketing automation platforms).
- Proven experience supporting or working with CRM systems (preferably MS Dynamics) in a business operations or marketing operations capacity.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in building reports and dashboards that measure marketing performance and sales pipeline impact.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain integration between marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), stakeholder collaboration and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate in a global and distributed team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Previous experience in a software or fintech company.
- Understanding of sales operations, funnel metrics, lead scoring methodologies, and pipeline management.
- Familiarity with other marketing/analytics tools (e.g. web analytics, reporting/BI tools).
- Exposure to global marketing operations and cross-geography collaboration.
What We Offer
- Opportunity to work with a global marketing and sales team on a meaningful fintech product suite.
- Exposure to global best practices in marketing automation, CRM integration, and data-driven marketing.
- Professional growth in a dynamic, international environment.
- Collaborative, supportive workplace culture aligned with Linedata’s values of innovation, clarity, and excellence.
