Job Title: Engineer – System Administration  
Location: Mumbai  

 
 
Role Overview:  
We are looking for an Engineer – System Administration to manage and support Microsoft 365 environments. The role focuses on day-to-day administration, incident handling, and ensuring stable and secure operations across M365 services.
 
Key Responsibilities:  
- Manage user accounts, access, and roles in Microsoft 365  
- Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD  
- Handle incidents and service requests through ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)  
- Monitor M365 service health and troubleshoot issues  
- Manage mailboxes, distribution lists, and access permissions  
- Support security and compliance configurations  
- Assist in email security, phishing protection, and policy enforcement  
 
Required Skills:  
- 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration  
- Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD  
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow  
- Basic exposure to Azure or AWS  
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills  
 
Qualification:  
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
