A few years ago, Linedata’s human resources started their digitalization to improve employee’s experience through their career journey at Linedata. Our teams introduced several projects to create innovative tools which aim foster career management and give our employees ways to strengthen and learn new competencies. This year, Linedata HR team won 3 awards during two main events gathering HR leaders.
