Linedata supports its employees' mental well-being by encouraging a healthy work-life balance, forming social ties, and organising different activities to manage stress. This year for World Mental Health Day, our Riga office emphasized the positive effects of gratitude on mental health:
- They learnt about practising gratitude to improve mental health.
- Everyone was encouraged to start a Gratitude Journal to write down and appreciate the small/big joyous moments in life, a positive psychological approach to improving mental health.
- They created a Gratitude Tree and invited everyone to write what they are grateful for.
- Bonding over a cup of hot tea.
