Linedata Client Support is committed to providing the highest level of assistance possible. Our goal is to provide efficient resolutions while focusing on providing effective communication during all phases of the support process.
Client Support uses a management information system to log and track issues. This system maintains client installation information, logs client calls and tracks product change/enhancement requests. Each issue is assigned a unique tracking number which is referenced throughout its life cycle.
