The Supervisory Board reviews the annual and interim financial statements and considers the Executive Board’s quarterly reports. The Executive Board is consulted on all important events concerning the Group, such as the budgets, preparing for the annual general meeting, potential acquisitions or restructuring projects, as well as all other strategic decisions.It also meets at all important events concerning the Company or the Group. In particular, it is consulted by the Executive Committee during the budget preparation and organization of all meetings in the external growth projects, capital increase and the conclusion of borrowing at making strategic decisions.
