The Executive Committee, led by the chairman of the management board, comprises the directors of regional operations and the directors responsible for functional areas. This committee is in charge of strategy and operational decisions for the various group activities.

Anvaraly JIVA, Founder & CEO Anvaraly Jiva joined the GSI group in 1978 and led the management team of GSI Division des Banques from 1985 onwards. He created Linedata in January 1998 from the merger of three companies: GSI Division des Banques, Line Data and BDB Participation. Anvaraly Jiva is the CEO of Linedata and drives the group’s strategy. By forming an international group with a range of global solutions and services, he is building for the future of the global financial industry. |

Michael de VERTEUIL, Business Development Director, Member of the Executive Board Michael de Verteuil joined GSI Switzerland’s banking arm in 1987 and GSI Division des Banques in 1993. He was involved in the founding of Linedata alongside Anvaraly Jiva. Since 1998, Mr. de Verteuil has been in charge of the Group’s international development and has enabled Linedata to become a major globalplayer in the market for financial IT solutions. Michael de Verteuil is actively involved in the acquisition process and integration of companies which join the group. |

Denis BLEY, Chief Financial Officer, Member of the Executive Board Denis Bley joined Linedata in May 2008 as CFO. After an initial period in the M&A department at Société Générale, Denis Bley moved to Cegos in 1991 as a Financial Management Consultant. In 1994, he joined the Radiall Group where he was initially Financial Controller in France, and subsequently in the United States from 1997. In 2000, he was appointed Corporate Secretary, and became Group Chief Financial Officer in 2004. Denis Bley is also a member of the Executive Board. |

Alfred MESGUICH,Chief Technology Officer A qualified engineer, Alfred Mesguich created Erli in 1977. Following the take over of Erli by the GSI group in 1987, in 1989 Alfred Mesguich becamethe Managing Director of Tecsi, a subsidiary of GSI Group. After the acquisition of Tecsi by Steria, Alfred Mesguich was appointed Managing Director of the Banking and Finance Division and Member of the Group Executive Committee. In 2002 he was appointed head of European operations for Novell. He joined Linedata in 2009 to strengthen the technology strategy and since 2011, he has been Chief Technology Officer for the Group. |

Adrian ANDREWS, Managing Director – Northern Europe Adrian Andrews joined Linedata in November 2009 as CFO and was promoted to Regional MD in 2011. Before joining Linedata, he worked for over ten years in the financing and management of technology businesses in the areas of hosting, the software industry and VoIP technology. Previously he worked for several years as CFO and COO for HSBC Investment Bank and as Director of Finance at Barclays Corporate Finance. Adrian is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. |

Sally CRANE, Managing Director – Asia Sally Crane joined Linedata in 2011 as Managing Director for Asia. Before joining Linedata, Sally was Regional Director for FactSet Pacific, based in Hong Kong, having moved to Asia in 1997. She oversaw the creation of a new office and has successfully managed the development of a growing company. She also developed the business into new markets such as China and India. Sally holds a BA degree in Financial Services from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK. |

Gavin LITTLE-GILL, Managing Director North America Gavin Little-Gill joined Linedata in 2007. He is the Global Head of Linedata’s Asset Management Product Strategy and acts as Managing Director for North America since June 2012. Before his tenure with Linedata, Gavin was employed at Tower Group where for six years he held the position of Group Research Director, overseeing the Securities and Investments practices. Prior to his work at Tower Group Gavin spent 12 years in working in the financial services industry. Two of these years where spent at a US subsidiary of what is now Natixis as Vice President. Prior to Natixis, Gavin was with Scudder for nine years, where he held the position of Vice President of operations. Gavin holds an M.S. in Finance from Boston College and a B.A. from Bates College, Maine. |

Alain MATTEI, Managing Director, Credit & Finance Holding a degree in Finance, Alain Mattei began his career as treasurer of several French industrial companies. Alain Mattei joined Linedata in 1991 as a consultant to the capital markets division, of which he became the Director. From February 2004 to late 2008, M. Mattei held several management positions within the various entities in the Southern Europe region. In late 2008, Alain Mattei took on the Operational Management of Linedata’s Credit & Leasing activity. Based in Arcueil, this division has approximately 200 dedicated specialists in finance sector. |

Thierry SORET, Managing Director – Southern Europe, Asset Management, Savings & Insurance An engineer by training, Thierry Soret has participated actively in the development of Linedata in Southern Europe since 1998. For many years Thierry was in charge of back office operations for France, then adding Employee Savings and Insurance to his remit and, finally, in late 2011, the Operations Department of the Asset Management, Savings and Insurance for Southern Europe. He is currently responsible for all business activities, support and production in this region , with offices in Antony and Luxembourg. |
